1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OrigamiCapsule mobile application ("App") operated by Educacion Global, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

OrigamiCapsule is a mobile application that enables users to create 3D digital models of physical objects using photogrammetry technology. The App provides:

• Guided capture functionality for photographing objects
• 3D model generation using iOS photogrammetry frameworks
• Augmented reality visualization and interaction
• Digital preservation and sharing capabilities
• Export functionality in industry-standard formats

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Create 3D models of copyrighted materials without permission
• Scan objects that you do not own or have permission to scan
• Use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Share or distribute malicious content through the App

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 App Ownership

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Educacion Global, Inc. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the 3D models and content you create using the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

5.3 Third-Party Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan and create 3D models of any objects. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6.1 Data Processing

The App processes images and creates 3D models locally on your device using Apple's frameworks. We do not access or store your captured images or 3D models on our servers unless you explicitly choose to share them.

7. Device Requirements and Compatibility

The App requires:

• iOS 15.0 or later
• iPhone or iPad with A12 Bionic chip or newer
• Sufficient storage space for 3D model files
• Camera access permissions

Performance may vary based on device capabilities and environmental conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Educacion Global, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or quality of 3D models generated
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
• The preservation or availability of user content

10. Updates and Modifications

10.1 App Updates

We may provide updates to the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

10.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Export Control

The App may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations in your use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Educacion Global, Inc., not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Educacion Global, Inc. regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using OrigamiCapsule, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
